About the Role:
Join Aire Serv of Michigan as an HVAC Warehouse & Facilities Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing top-notch HVAC services while managing our warehouse and facilities with precision and care.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Manage facility & fleet maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with the HVAC team to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Track and report on inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to optimize performance and productivity.
- Implement best practices for warehouse management and operational workflows.
- Assist in budget management and cost control measures for facilities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and industry standards.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
